Shipping policy
We do our best to ship within 72 hours of all orders being placed. Some times we ship the same day as the order is placed. If you are aware of any mistakes in the address or any issues with your order please contact us immediately.
We are not in any way responsible for an incorrect address, invalid address, "undeliverable" address or any other address error provided by the customer. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received due to any address error provided by the customer. Please verify that the address is correct when placing an order as any incorrect information or address errors void all Refund Policies.
Once your item is with USPS/UPS/FEDEX or any other Third Party carrier, we are no longer in control of what happens during the shipping process.
If there are any delivery issues or lost packages please reach out to the Third Party shipping company or file a claim online, we will do what we can to help locate the package on our end as well.
