September 2026 Aries Full Moon: Courage, Clarity & Choice

September 2026 Aries Full Moon: Courage, Clarity & Choice

Welcome Back to The Vibe Journal

We just stepped through the Fall Equinox and into Libra Season, and apparently the universe decided we did not need much recovery time because our next Full Moon is already here.

On September 26, the Full Moon reaches its peak in Aries, bringing a little fire into all of that Libra energy we have been talking about.

And honestly? The timing makes sense.

Our last Vibe Journal was centered around releasing, restoring, and rebalancing. Libra Season asks us to look at harmony, relationships, compromise, and the places in our lives that may need to come back into balance.

Then the Aries Full Moon shows up and asks:

Okay... but what about YOU?

Where have you been compromising so much that you've stopped considering what you actually want?

Where are you ready to stop hesitating?

Where has frustration been building because something needs to change?

And where might you need a little courage to finally do something about it?

That is some of the energy we're exploring with this Full Moon.

But before we get into what it could mean for you personally, let's talk about what is actually happening up there.

The Aries Full Moon

On September 26, we reach a Full Moon at approximately 3° Aries.

If you are newer to astrology, you do not need to remember the degree. I promise there will not be a quiz later.

What matters is the energy surrounding it.

A Full Moon happens when the Sun and Moon are opposite one another, with Earth between them. Astronomically, that is why the side of the Moon facing us appears fully illuminated.

Astrologically, Full Moons are also associated with illumination.

They can bring things to the surface.

Something becomes clearer. An emotion gets harder to ignore. A situation reaches a turning point. Something we've been working toward comes together. Or we realize there is something we are finally ready to release.

That does not mean every Full Moon needs to come with a dramatic life event.

Sometimes the big realization is simply:

Oh.

I don't want this anymore.

Or...

Why the hell am I still doing this?

Awareness counts too.

This Full Moon happens in Aries, the first sign of the zodiac and a fire sign ruled by Mars.

Aries energy is bold, instinctive, independent, passionate, direct, and action oriented. It is connected to identity, courage, desire, initiative, and our willingness to move toward what we want.

Aries is the part of us that says, "I am."

It doesn't necessarily need a committee meeting first.

Which is exactly why this Full Moon gets interesting during Libra Season.

And Yes, This Is the Harvest Moon

This Full Moon also carries another name you have probably heard before: the Harvest Moon.

The Harvest Moon is simply the Full Moon that occurs closest to the Fall Equinox. This year, that's our September 26 Full Moon.

Historically, the name is connected to the extra evening moonlight around this time of year, which gave farmers more light after sunset during the harvest season.

So while "Harvest Moon" sounds beautifully witchy, there is an actual reason behind the name.

But I also love the symbolism of it.

A harvest is about seeing what has grown.

What came from the seeds you planted?

What actually worked?

What didn't?

What are you ready to gather and carry forward?

And what are you finished tending?

Coming only a few days after the Fall Equinox, this Full Moon gives us another opportunity to check in with what we're bringing into this next season of our lives.

Except Aries isn't particularly interested in us thinking about it forever.

Eventually, Aries wants movement.

And that is where this Full Moon starts getting really interesting.

What Makes This Full Moon Different?

Now that we know the basics, let's look at what is actually happening around this Full Moon.

Because Aries might be the main character, but it is definitely not up there alone.

This Full Moon is sitting very close to Neptune, which is also in Aries.

Neptune is associated with intuition, dreams, imagination, spirituality, compassion, illusion, and sometimes confusion.

Basically, Neptune can make the line between what we feel and what we know a little blurry.

Put that next to an Aries Full Moon and things get interesting.

Aries wants an answer.

Aries wants movement.

Aries wants to trust the instinct and GO.

Neptune says... okay, but are you sure you're seeing the whole picture?

And that is an important question under this Moon.

You may feel very strongly about something without necessarily having all of the information yet.

You may feel pulled toward a decision, conversation, change, or realization before you completely understand why.

Your intuition may be louder.

Your emotions may be louder too.

And unfortunately, those are not always the same thing.

So while this Full Moon can absolutely bring clarity, it also asks us not to confuse urgency with truth.

You can acknowledge what you're feeling without immediately acting on every feeling you have.

Sometimes the message arrives first.

The understanding comes later.

But We're Not Just Floating Around in Our Feelings

Thankfully, Neptune isn't the entire story.

This Full Moon also connects with Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus in Gemini.

And this is where some movement starts coming back into the picture.

Pluto is connected to transformation, power, truth, endings, rebirth, and the deeper things we don't always want to look at.

Uranus brings change, disruption, breakthroughs, freedom, and those sudden moments where something clicks and you can't really unsee it afterward.

So we have an interesting combination happening here.

Neptune can blur.

Pluto can expose.

Uranus can wake us up.

Which means this Full Moon may not necessarily hand you one perfectly packaged answer with a little bow on top.

Instead, it may show you something.

A pattern.

A feeling.

A truth you've been avoiding.

A different possibility.

A part of yourself you've been trying to quiet.

And once you see it, the question becomes what you're going to do with that information.

That does not mean you need to blow your life up by Monday morning.

Actually, please don't.

It means we can allow awareness to happen before action.

Notice first.

Understand second.

Then decide what deserves movement.

The Bigger Message

If we pull all of this together, this Full Moon feels less like:

DO SOMETHING RIGHT NOW.

And more like:

Be honest about what is trying to get your attention.

Aries gives us the courage to acknowledge ourselves.

Libra reminds us that our choices don't happen in a vacuum.

Neptune asks us to slow down long enough to separate intuition from assumption.

Pluto asks us to be honest about what has changed.

Uranus reminds us that sometimes a different path becomes visible only after we're willing to look at things differently.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that is you.

Your wants.

Your relationships.

Your boundaries.

Your reactions.

Your choices.

And maybe a few things you've been pretending aren't bothering you.

No judgment. We've all got a drawer somewhere labeled "I'll deal with that later."

This Full Moon may simply open the drawer.

You still get to decide what happens next.

Where Is This Full Moon Showing Up for You?

Okay, now let's make this a little more personal.

We all experience the same Full Moon, but it doesn't necessarily show up in the same area of life for everyone.

That's where your Rising Sign comes in.

Your Rising Sign helps us figure out which area of your birth chart Aries falls into, and that gives us a better idea of where this Full Moon may be bringing something to the surface for you.

If you already know your Rising Sign, perfect. Find it below and start there.

If you don't know it, you'll need your birth date, birth location, and preferably your exact birth time to calculate it accurately.

And remember, you do not need to understand houses or memorize any of this astrology language.

I'll tell you which house this Full Moon is activating and what that house represents, but the important part is understanding how those themes may actually be showing up in your life.

You can also read for your Sun and Moon signs if you want to explore the energy from a few different perspectives, but I recommend starting with your Rising Sign.

Now let's find out where this Aries Full Moon is shining its big bright flashlight.

♈ ARIES RISING | 1st House

Aries Rising, this one has your name written all over it.

Literally.

This Full Moon is happening in your 1st House of self, identity, appearance, personal direction, and the way you move through the world.

The 1st House is YOU.

And with a Full Moon happening here, you may be seeing yourself, your needs, or the direction you're heading in a little differently.

Maybe you've changed more than you've realized.

Maybe the version of you that other people are accustomed to isn't completely accurate anymore.

Maybe you're recognizing something you want for yourself that doesn't necessarily fit neatly into what someone else wants from you.

And because the Libra Sun is sitting across from this Moon in your 7th House of relationships and partnerships, other people are part of this conversation too.

You may find yourself looking at where your relationships support the person you're becoming and where you've been adjusting yourself to keep a relationship comfortable.

That doesn't automatically mean something is wrong with the relationship.

Sometimes growth simply requires updating the way we relate to each other.

You are allowed to evolve.

You are allowed to have different needs than you had a year ago.

And you are allowed to discover that something you once wanted doesn't fit anymore.

With Neptune sitting close to this Full Moon, though, give yourself a little room before declaring that you've completely reinvented your entire existence by Tuesday.

Something important may be coming into focus, but you don't have to define the new version of yourself immediately.

Notice what feels more authentic.

Notice what feels outdated.

Then give yourself permission to move toward the person you're actually becoming.

 Full Moon Reflection:

Where have I changed, and what would it look like to honor who I am now instead of who I've been expected to remain?

♉ TAURUS RISING | 12th House

For Taurus Rising, this Aries Full Moon lands in your 12th House.

And this one is a little quieter.

The 12th House is connected to the subconscious, rest, solitude, spirituality, endings, healing, hidden patterns, and the things happening underneath the surface.

Basically, this is the house containing all the stuff we can successfully avoid thinking about...

until we can't.

A Full Moon here may bring awareness to something you've been carrying privately.

An emotion you haven't completely processed.

A habit that keeps repeating.

A fear operating quietly in the background.

Or simply the realization that you are tired and your body has been trying to tell you that for approximately 47 business days.

Meanwhile, the Libra Sun is illuminating your 6th House of routines, work, responsibilities, and daily wellbeing.

That creates an important conversation between what you're doing every day and what is happening internally because of it.

Are your routines actually supporting you?

Are you giving yourself enough recovery time?

Is something draining you more than you've admitted?

Are you staying constantly busy because slowing down would mean finally feeling something you've been avoiding?

You don't necessarily need to solve whatever comes up.

This may be one of those Full Moons where the most productive thing you can do is create enough quiet to actually hear yourself.

Rest can reveal things that busyness keeps buried.

 Full Moon Reflection:

What has been quietly asking for my attention, and what might I hear if I finally give myself enough space to listen?

♊ GEMINI RISING | 11th House

Gemini Rising, this Full Moon is lighting up your 11th House of friendships, community, collaboration, future goals, and the people you surround yourself with.

So we're looking at both your people and where you're headed.

You may be noticing changes within a friendship or community.

Maybe you've found people who genuinely make you feel more like yourself.

Maybe you're realizing you've outgrown a space you once fit into.

Maybe you've been pouring energy into connections that don't really pour anything back.

Or maybe a future goal is becoming much clearer and you're starting to recognize which people, environments, and opportunities actually support it.

Across from this Full Moon, the Libra Sun is moving through your 5th House of creativity, joy, self-expression, romance, and pleasure.

Which brings up an interesting question:

Are you building a future that actually contains things you enjoy?

Because sometimes we're so focused on what we're supposed to accomplish that we accidentally create a five-year plan we don't even want to live in.

Your community matters.

Your goals matter.

But so does the version of you who has to live the life you're creating.

Pay attention to where you feel encouraged to be yourself and where you feel like you're performing a version of yourself just to belong.

Not every connection needs to come with you forever.

And not every dream needs to remain your dream just because you once told everybody it was.

 Full Moon Reflection:

Do the people and goals I'm investing in still support the life and version of myself I'm actually excited to grow into?

♋ CANCER RISING | 10th House

Cancer Rising, this Aries Full Moon is shining directly into your 10th House of career, purpose, reputation, achievement, leadership, and the direction you're building toward.

So something connected to your bigger path may be reaching a point of clarity.

You could be recognizing how far you've come.

You might reach a milestone.

You may realize you're ready for more responsibility, visibility, or independence.

Or you could have the equally important realization that something you've been working toward isn't actually what you want anymore.

And yes, that realization counts too.

Across from the Moon, the Libra Sun is illuminating your 4th House of home, family, emotional foundations, and private life.

So this Full Moon may highlight the relationship between the life you're building publicly and the life you're actually living privately.

Success can look fantastic from the outside while quietly exhausting the person maintaining it.

And sometimes the opposite happens.

We stay small professionally because growth would require changing something about the comfortable little ecosystem we've created around ourselves.

Neither automatically means you need to make a dramatic career decision.

This is about noticing whether your outer ambitions and inner needs are still working together.

Because the goal isn't just building a life that looks successful.

You have to live there too.

 Full Moon Reflection:

Does the future I'm working toward support the life I actually want to live when nobody else is watching?

♌ LEO RISING | 9th House

Leo Rising, this Aries Full Moon is lighting up your 9th House of beliefs, higher learning, travel, spirituality, perspective, and expansion.

This is the part of your chart that asks you to zoom out.

You may find yourself questioning something you used to believe.

You may feel drawn toward learning something new, traveling, exploring a spiritual path, teaching, studying, or simply experiencing life outside of your usual bubble.

Sometimes the 9th House doesn't change our circumstances immediately.

It changes the way we understand them.

And once your perspective changes, your choices tend to follow.

The Libra Sun is sitting across from this Moon in your 3rd House of communication, information, everyday thinking, and the way you process what's happening around you.

So be mindful of the difference between information and understanding.

You can consume approximately 700 TikToks, three podcasts, fourteen opinions, and an astrology blog and still not know what YOU think.

This Full Moon may encourage you to step outside of the mental noise and ask what experiences have actually taught you.

What do you believe now?

What are you curious about?

What have you learned that changed your perspective?

And what belief have you outgrown?

You don't have to have all the answers.

Sometimes growth begins when we're willing to admit that an old answer doesn't work anymore.

 Full Moon Reflection:

What belief, perspective, or possibility am I ready to explore beyond what I've always assumed to be true?

♍ VIRGO RISING | 8th House

Virgo Rising, this Full Moon activates your 8th House of intimacy, vulnerability, shared resources, debt, trust, transformation, and the deeper emotional stuff we usually can't organize into a cute little checklist.

Rude, I know.

Something involving what you share with another person may be coming into focus.

That could involve money, responsibilities, emotional labor, intimacy, trust, or the ways your life has become intertwined with someone else's.

The Libra Sun is sitting across from this Moon in your 2nd House of personal money, possessions, values, security, and self-worth.

So the bigger conversation is about what belongs to you versus what you share.

Where do you feel secure?

Where do you feel indebted, emotionally or financially?

Where are you giving because you genuinely want to, and where are you giving because you feel obligated?

And how comfortable are you receiving support from someone else?

Because vulnerability isn't only telling someone your deepest feelings.

Sometimes vulnerability is admitting that you need help.

Sometimes it's trusting another person enough to let them contribute.

And sometimes it's recognizing that an arrangement no longer feels fair or sustainable.

This Full Moon may bring one of those deeper exchanges into clearer focus.

You don't have to fix everything immediately.

Just be willing to look at what's actually being exchanged.

 Full Moon Reflection:

Where in my life do I need greater honesty about what I'm giving, receiving, sharing, or carrying for someone else?

♎ LIBRA RISING | 7th House

For Libra Rising, this Aries Full Moon is lighting up your 7th House of relationships, partnerships, commitments, and the people you choose to share your life with.

So yes, Libra Rising... we're talking about relationships. Shocking, I know.

But this isn't only about romantic relationships.

The 7th House can speak to close friendships, business partnerships, important one-on-one connections, agreements, and the dynamics that develop between you and another person.

And with this Full Moon happening in Aries, there may be something within one of those dynamics that is becoming harder to ignore.

Maybe you're recognizing where a relationship feels beautifully balanced.

Maybe you're seeing where it doesn't.

Maybe you've been doing a little too much compromising, accommodating, or keeping the peace.

Or maybe the opposite is true, and you're realizing that a relationship needs more space for both people to exist as individuals instead of expecting one person to constantly adjust around the other.

Because while this Full Moon is happening in your relationship house, the Libra Sun is sitting across from it in your 1st House of self.

That puts you directly in the middle of the Aries and Libra conversation we've been talking about throughout this journal:

Me and we.

Your needs and their needs.

Independence and partnership.

Being considerate without disappearing inside someone else's expectations.

And listen, Libra Rising...

Wanting harmony is not the same thing as having harmony.

Sometimes everything looks peaceful because nobody is saying the thing that actually needs to be said.

This Full Moon may bring clarity around what you need from the people closest to you and what they may need from you in return.

That could mean a conversation.

A boundary.

A deeper commitment.

A change in an existing dynamic.

A realization about what is working.

Or an honest acknowledgment that something isn't.

You don't have to immediately decide what any of it means long term.

Remember what we've already talked about with this Full Moon: notice first.

Let yourself see the relationship for what it actually is instead of what you hoped it would be, feared it would become, or feel responsible for keeping it.

Then decide what deserves your energy.

 Full Moon Reflection:

Where am I being asked to create more honesty and balance between what I need for myself and what I give to my relationships?

♏ SCORPIO RISING | 6th House

Scorpio Rising, this Aries Full Moon is lighting up your 6th House of routines, work, responsibilities, habits, and daily wellbeing.

Which means we're looking at the part of life that isn't always exciting but somehow manages to control an alarming amount of everything else.

Your schedule.

Your workload.

Your habits.

The things you repeatedly say yes to.

The responsibilities you've picked up along the way.

And all those tiny daily choices that eventually become your normal.

A Full Moon here may make it easier to recognize when something about your current routine simply isn't working anymore.

Maybe you're doing too much.

Maybe you've fallen out of a habit that genuinely made you feel better.

Maybe your work needs better boundaries.

Maybe you're realizing how much energy a particular responsibility actually requires.

Or maybe you're ready to make a practical change that you've been putting off.

Across from this Moon, the Libra Sun is illuminating your 12th House of rest, solitude, subconscious patterns, and what happens behind the scenes.

So there is a deeper question underneath all of this:

Does the way you structure your daily life leave any room for you to recover from it?

Productivity isn't particularly impressive if you're running yourself into the ground to maintain it.

And rest isn't something you have to earn after you've completed every possible task.

Because, spoiler alert, there will always be another task.

Pay attention to what your everyday life has been showing you.

Small adjustments can create much bigger changes than we give them credit for.

 Full Moon Reflection:

What part of my daily routine is no longer supporting me, and what practical change would create more space, energy, or balance?

♐ SAGITTARIUS RISING | 5th House

Sagittarius Rising, this Aries Full Moon is lighting up your 5th House of creativity, pleasure, romance, self-expression, passion, and joy.

Honestly, you got one of the fun houses.

But there can still be something meaningful happening here.

The 5th House asks what makes you feel alive.

What do you create simply because you love creating it?

What makes you laugh?

What are you passionate about?

When do you feel most like yourself?

A Full Moon here may bring something connected to your creativity, romantic life, personal expression, or happiness into clearer focus.

You may complete a creative project.

Feel pulled back toward something you used to love.

Recognize a romantic situation for what it is.

Or realize you've been treating joy like something you're allowed to have only after everything else is handled.

Across from this Moon, the Libra Sun is illuminating your 11th House of friendships, community, and future goals.

So there may also be a conversation happening between what everyone else is doing and what actually makes YOU happy.

It's easy to build goals around what looks impressive, what your friends are pursuing, or what seems like the sensible next step.

But your life isn't a group project.

At some point, you have to ask whether you're enjoying any of it.

This Full Moon may remind you that pleasure, creativity, and play aren't distractions from your life.

They're part of it.

 Full Moon Reflection:

What brings me genuine joy, and have I been giving myself enough permission to make space for it?

♑ CAPRICORN RISING | 4th House

Capricorn Rising, this Aries Full Moon lands in your 4th House of home, family, roots, emotional security, and your private life.

This is the foundation underneath everything else.

And something within that foundation may be asking for your attention.

Maybe something is shifting in your home or family life.

Maybe you're thinking differently about where you live or what you need from your environment.

Maybe an old family pattern is becoming easier to recognize.

Or maybe you're realizing that the place you call home doesn't feel as restorative as you need it to.

The Libra Sun is sitting across from this Moon in your 10th House of career, reputation, responsibilities, and public life.

Which creates one of those very real adult-life questions:

How much energy are you giving to the life everyone can see compared with the life that exists behind closed doors?

Because you can be incredibly capable out in the world and still need somewhere safe to put all of that responsibility down.

You do not have to be the CEO of your living room.

This Full Moon may highlight where your private life needs more attention, honesty, comfort, or change.

And because the 4th House also connects us to our past, you may recognize an old pattern that has quietly influenced the way you've built your present.

Understanding where something came from doesn't mean you have to keep carrying it.

 Full Moon Reflection:

What do I need in order to feel genuinely supported, safe, and at home in the life I'm building?

♒ AQUARIUS RISING | 3rd House

Aquarius Rising, this Aries Full Moon is lighting up your 3rd House of communication, thinking, learning, conversations, and the way you exchange information with the world around you.

So yes, words matter under this one.

Something may need to be said.

Something may finally make sense.

A conversation could bring clarity.

Or you may realize that you've been thinking about something in the same way for so long that you haven't considered another perspective.

The Libra Sun is sitting across from this Moon in your 9th House of beliefs, wisdom, spirituality, higher learning, and the bigger picture.

That means this Full Moon may expose the relationship between what you think you know and what you actually believe.

Sometimes we repeat an idea so many times that it starts feeling like a fact.

Sometimes we inherit beliefs from our families, communities, teachers, relationships, or younger versions of ourselves without ever stopping to ask whether we still agree with them.

And sometimes we simply need better information.

Revolutionary concept, I know.

This is also a good time to pay attention to how you're communicating.

Are you saying what you mean?

Are you listening to understand, or listening while mentally preparing your response?

Is there a conversation you've been avoiding because you're afraid of where it might lead?

You don't have to say every thought that enters your head.

Aries may disagree with me there.

But when something genuinely needs to be communicated, honesty can create movement.

 Full Moon Reflection:

What conversation, idea, or belief am I being asked to approach with greater honesty and a more open mind?

♓ PISCES RISING | 2nd House

Pisces Rising, this Aries Full Moon is illuminating your 2nd House of money, possessions, personal resources, values, security, and self-worth.

So we're talking about what you have, what you value, and how secure you feel standing on your own two feet.

Something involving money or resources may become clearer around this Full Moon.

You may recognize where you need stronger financial boundaries.

You might reconsider what you're spending your money, time, or energy on.

You may see the results of something you've been building.

Or you could realize that your definition of security has changed.

Across from this Moon, the Libra Sun is moving through your 8th House of shared resources, intimacy, debt, support, and the things we exchange with other people.

So there is an important conversation happening between independence and interdependence.

What is yours?

What is shared?

Where are you comfortable depending on someone else?

Where do you need greater independence?

And where have money, resources, or support become tangled up with your sense of worth?

Because your value is not determined by what you earn, what you own, what someone gives you, or how useful you can make yourself to other people.

And yes, I know that's much easier to put in an astrology blog than it is to actually believe every day.

This Full Moon may give you an opportunity to look at security from a wider perspective.

Financial security matters.

But so does trusting yourself to make decisions, establish boundaries, ask for what you deserve, and use your resources in ways that reflect what actually matters to you.

Full Moon Reflection:

Where am I being asked to strengthen my sense of security, value, or independence without measuring my worth by what I have or what I can provide?

CRYSTAL SUPPORT FOR THE ARIES FULL MOON

You absolutely do not need crystals to work with the energy of a Full Moon.

But obviously... we're going to talk about them. Have we met?

Crystals can be a beautiful physical reminder of the intention you're working with, whether you carry one with you, meditate with it, place it somewhere you'll see it, journal beside it, or simply hold it while you're taking a few minutes to check in with yourself.

For this Aries Full Moon, I wanted to focus less on crystals that simply match Aries energy and more on stones that can support the actual themes we've been exploring.

Because honestly, we probably don't need to give an already fiery Full Moon twelve more crystals screaming GO GO GO.

This Moon is asking for courage, yes.

But it's also asking for awareness.

Clarity.

Discernment.

Healthy boundaries.

The ability to recognize what we're feeling without immediately reacting to it.

And enough self-trust to know when something truly is asking us to move.

A few crystals that may be supportive during this Full Moon include:

Carnelian for confidence, courage, motivation, and taking intentional action.

Blue Kyanite for communication, clarity, energetic alignment, and expressing what needs to be said.

Black Moonstone for intuition, emotional awareness, new beginnings, and navigating change.

Green Moonstone for emotional balance, intuition, growth, and moving through change with a little more softness.

Rainbow Obsidian for protection, grounding, self-reflection, and bringing hidden emotions or patterns into awareness.

Bloodstone for courage, grounding, resilience, and staying rooted while taking action.

You don't need all of them.

Choose the stone you're naturally drawn toward, work with something you already own, or skip the crystals completely and take the message instead.

The intention matters more than having the "perfect" stone.

PAULINNA'S PICKS

For this Full Moon, I'm choosing two crystals I've personally been really drawn to lately:

GREEN MOONSTONE

Green Moonstone feels like the softer side of this Aries Full Moon.

It's often worked with for intuition, emotional balance, growth, and heart-centered reflection.

And I especially like it here because this Full Moon isn't only asking us what we want.

It's asking us to understand what we're feeling underneath the want.

With Neptune sitting so close to this Full Moon, emotions and intuition may feel louder than usual, and Green Moonstone gives us a reminder that we don't have to rush ourselves into an answer.

You can feel something deeply and still give yourself time to understand it.

You can want change without forcing it.

You can trust yourself without reacting immediately.

Sometimes clarity needs a little room to arrive.

RAINBOW OBSIDIAN

Rainbow Obsidian brings a completely different energy to the conversation.

Obsidian is often associated with protection, grounding, truth, and shadow work, while Rainbow Obsidian is commonly worked with when exploring emotional patterns, healing, and the things we've tucked beneath the surface.

Which feels pretty appropriate for a Full Moon whose entire job seems to be turning the lights on.

This is the stone I'd reach for when the realization isn't necessarily comfortable.

Maybe you're recognizing a pattern you've repeated.

Maybe something you've been avoiding is becoming harder to ignore.

Maybe you're finally admitting that you're angry, disappointed, exhausted, ready for something different, or simply not okay with something anymore.

Rainbow Obsidian reminds us that seeing the truth doesn't mean we have to fear it.

Awareness gives us choices.

And that may be one of the biggest gifts of this Full Moon.

FULL MOON JOURNAL PROMPTS

Okay, we've talked about the astrology.

Now let's make it personal.

You don't need to answer every question below, and you definitely don't need to force an answer just because you're sitting in front of a blank journal page.

Read through them.

Notice which one makes you pause.

Notice which one makes you slightly uncomfortable.

That might be the one worth sitting with.

Where have I been keeping the peace at the expense of being honest about what I actually want?

What am I feeling called to do, change, or acknowledge right now, and what has been stopping me?

Where in my life does compromise feel healthy, and where has compromise started to feel like self-abandonment?

What emotion keeps coming back to the surface lately, and what might it be trying to show me?

What truth about myself, a relationship, or a situation have I already recognized but haven't fully accepted yet?

If I didn't need to have the entire plan figured out, what is one honest next step I already know I'm ready to take?

You don't need a breakthrough at the end of the page.

Sometimes the point of journaling isn't finding the answer.

It's finally giving yourself enough quiet to hear what you've been trying to tell yourself.

THE COURAGE TO CHOOSE RITUAL

This ritual is about turning awareness into intention.

Not impulsive action.

Not "I had one realization under the Full Moon and now I'm changing my entire life before breakfast."

Intentional action.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A candle

Two small pieces of paper

Something to write with

A crystal, if you'd like one nearby

A fire-safe bowl or container, if you choose to burn your paper

THE RITUAL

Find somewhere quiet and take a few minutes to settle in.

Light your candle.

Take a few slow breaths and think about what this Full Moon has been bringing to your attention.

STEP ONE: WHAT ARE YOU READY TO STOP?

On the first piece of paper, write:

"I am ready to stop..."

Finish the sentence honestly.

Maybe you're ready to stop shrinking yourself.

Stop avoiding a conversation.

Stop repeating a pattern.

Stop waiting for permission.

Stop ignoring something you already know.

Stop reacting from fear.

There is no perfect answer.

Write whatever feels true.

STEP TWO: WHAT ARE YOU READY TO CHOOSE?

On the second piece of paper, write:

"I am ready to choose..."

This is where we shift from release into direction.

Maybe you choose honesty.

Peace.

Courage.

A boundary.

Yourself.

A different response.

A new beginning.

Or simply the willingness to figure out what comes next.

STEP THREE: RELEASE

Hold both pieces of paper for a moment and notice the difference between them.

One represents something you're becoming aware of.

The other represents where you want to place your energy moving forward.

If it feels right, safely burn the first piece of paper in your fire-safe container.

If fire isn't your thing, tear it up instead.

We are not setting the house on fire for spiritual growth.

STEP FOUR: CHOOSE YOUR NEXT STEP

Keep the second piece of paper.

Place it in your journal, on your altar, beside your bed, or somewhere you'll come across it again.

Then ask yourself one final question:

"What is one small action I can take that supports what I just chose?"

Not ten actions.

Not an entire life plan.

One.

Because Aries may love a dramatic starting line, but real change is usually built through the choices we continue making after the moment has passed.

TAKE WHAT YOU NEED

Full Moons have a way of making things a little harder to ignore.

But seeing something doesn't mean you have to immediately know what to do with it.

Maybe this Aries Full Moon brings you a big realization.

Maybe it gives you the courage to finally say something you've been holding back.

Maybe you recognize a pattern you're ready to stop repeating.

Maybe something you've been questioning suddenly feels a little clearer.

Or maybe nothing dramatic happens at all.

That's okay too.

You don't have to manufacture a breakthrough just because there's a Full Moon in the sky.

Sometimes the shift is simply noticing yourself differently.

The Aries and Libra energy surrounding this Moon reminds us that there is space for both.

You can care deeply about other people and still care about yourself.

You can compromise without disappearing.

You can be independent and still allow yourself to need people.

You can be compassionate and still have boundaries.

You can take action without having every step figured out.

And you can change your mind when you learn something new.

Whatever this Full Moon brings to the surface, give yourself a little room to sit with it before deciding what comes next.

Notice what feels true.

Notice what feels different.

Notice what you're no longer willing to ignore.

Then choose one thing you can do with that awareness.

It doesn't have to be dramatic.

It just has to be honest.

Until the next Vibe Journal,

Paulinna
